Short version: TradeBot is an information and record-keeping tool. It is not financial advice, it never trades for you, and every decision — and its result — is yours. Please read the rest; by using the Service you agree to it.
1. What the Service is
The Service screens publicly available market data against fixed, published rules, shows the stocks that match together with a suggested plan (entry, stop-loss, exit rule, time limit), tracks those hypothetical trades in a journal, sends alerts you have turned on, and lets you record your own portfolio holdings. That is all it does.
2. Not financial advice
- Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. It is general information generated mechanically by rules; it is not tailored to your situation, finances, goals or risk tolerance.
- We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial planner or bank, and we are not registered as any of those with any regulator in any country.
- Before acting on anything you see here, consider your own circumstances and, if you need advice, get it from a licensed professional.
3. Risk
- Trading stocks and ETFs involves substantial risk, including the loss of all money invested. Some signals lose money; losing streaks happen.
- Back-tested and past results shown on the Service are hypothetical or historical. They do not include every real-world cost (commissions, slippage, taxes, unfilled orders, data errors) and are not a promise or indication of future results.
- Market data, prices and signals may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Data sources can fail. Do not rely on the Service as your only source of information.
4. Your decisions, your orders
The Service never connects to a brokerage, never places, changes or cancels an order, and never holds or moves money. Any order you place is placed by you, at your own broker, at your own discretion and risk. The journal on the Service records what the rules would have done on end-of-day data; your real fills and results may differ.
5. Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.
- One person per account. Don't share, resell or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the Service or has been inactive for a long time. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to break in, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; don't submit spam or malicious content through the forms; don't use automated tools against it without our written permission; don't use it for anything unlawful.
7. Your content
Portfolio data and messages you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service for you. Don't enter anything you don't have the right to share.
8. Our content
The Service, its rules, code, design, text and branding belong to Taste of Moksha or its licensors. You may use them only as part of using the Service normally. Ticker symbols and company names belong to their owners. "TradingView" links go to a third-party site with its own terms.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided as a personal project on a best-effort basis. It may be unavailable, slow, changed or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, and scans may be missed. We may change the signal rules, features or these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation — to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Taste of Moksha and anyone working on the Service will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service or your use of it, even if advised of the possibility. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, your content, or your breach of these terms.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there — unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be overridden, in which case those rights apply.
15. General
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
